It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter. As many of you know, I have been practicing gynecology in San Jose since 1985. I have helped many patients transition into adulthood, become parents, and survive and thrive through menopause. For all of this I am grateful.
I have had a long and fruitful career, and now my husband and I have come to the next stage of our lives…retirement! We want to spend time together with family and friends, travel, and well…just “be.” Three years ago, I received my degree in Integrative Medicine. This has allowed me to have a broader toolbox and more holistic approach to women’s health. I plan to continue to do consulting, guest lectures, and educational programs in women’s health and vitality.
I will close my practice November 19th and move to Portland. Thanks to all of you for sharing your lives with me… the laughter, joys and tears. It has truly been a privilege. I look forward to turning the pages on a new chapter in my life.
